• Payment is by cash or major credit cards. One night's deposit is required to hold reservation. Seven (7) days cancellation is required before the date of the stay. During special events, festivals and holidays, fourteen (14) days cancellation is required. Because of our intimate and unique guest accommodations, and the fact that we do not overbook, we are required to charge the full amount if you do not cancel or arrive as reserved.

• Check-in is 3:30 pm and check-out is 11:00 am. A two day minimum stay is required unless alternative arrangements are made by calling T J Griffith.

• If you wish to reserve your place at High Tea on Saturday afternoon, please either note it on your Internet reservation or call T J Griffith at least 24 hours prior to your arrival. There is a $25 per person fee, and we hope you will be able to join us for this elegant afternoon.

• 5-course Gourmet Dinner by candlelight for $60/per person.

• The Heritage House of Henderson is a non-smoking bed and breakfast, and is not well suited for children or pets. Although the Heritage House does not accept pets, we do have a miniature Schnauzer, Pfeffer Jane, well trained and exceptionally sweet. There is secured, free parking at the rear of the inn.
